The further developed SB-Profi attracted special attention at the partner booth of Hofmeister & Meincke. The sliding tarpaulin roof system was presented for the first time in combination with an adapted assembly kit, which is now available on the market. Visitors showed great interest in this solution, which impressed with its flexibility and immediate availability.
QuickCurtain, the state-of-the-art side curtain system from Edscha TS, drew the attention of many visitors. This system enables quick loading and unloading from the side, is extremely easy to operate, and is suitable for both large trailers and smaller vehicles like the Fiat E-Ducato. The system’s new ergonomic grip recesses were of particular interest.
The Fiat E-Ducato, a 3.5-ton electric vehicle showcased at the Edscha TS booth, generated significant interest with its impressive payload capacity of over 1.5 tons. Equipped with the SESAM CS-Slimliner tarpaulin system, QuickCurtain, and a body kit with load securing equipment provided by partner Suer, the E-Ducato demonstrated the potential of modern electromobility in combination with innovative tarpaulin solutions.
Another highlight at the fair was the E-Drive. This latest version of motorization for tarpaulin roof systems sets new standards with its solid, space-saving mechanics and impresses with its low power consumption, allowing for easy integration into existing vehicle electrical systems. Many industry visitors saw E-Drive as a pioneering innovation for the future of logistics.
