- Intelligent material mix with re-inforced steel/plastic hybrid structure
- New, robust joints with optimised fold kinematics and honeycomb structure including eyelet for expander cable
- Externally mounted, coated and low-friction rollers
Technical maturity, easy operation and high stability are the most important factors, particularly in the sector of heavy-use sliding roofs. With the introduction of its CurtainSider Hybrid sliding roof Edscha Trailer Systems is setting new standards through the use of a clever material combination of plastic and steel and intelligent joining technology for robust and durable tarpaulin roof systems.
They offer optimum kinematics in a reduced installation space and thus provide more load volume and smaller operating forces without any compromises with respect to assembly and durability.
The Edscha TS CurtainSider-Hybrid roof was specially developed for high demands. The steel-reinforced hybrid structure increases the possible uses of the curtain sider, e.g. for paper transport. The CS-Hybrid is however also advantageous for universal and volume transport and for the beverage and automotive sectors, depending on the area of use and the equipment version.
Edscha TS CurtainSider Hybrid roofs are weight-optimised, constructed according to a modular principle and, thanks to assembly and replacement-friendly plug-in connections, fast and flexible to fit.
