Edscha TS at the "IAA Transportation 2022

QuickCurtain: Fast - Safe - Simple

When people talk about Edscha TS side curtains, they talk about their speed, safety and ease of handling. In the future, a new side curtain will be at the center of the discussion and set new accents. With QuickCurtain, a side curtain will be launched on the market that runs on rollers both at the top and bottom. Incidentally, the entire structure of the QuickCurtain system remains the same with vertical tensioning tubes on the bulkhead and rear portal. Also the Edscha TS roof rails (with SPR4 curtain rollers) remain standard series as before and are extended by the new LP4 rolling stanchion and the lower rolling anchors on a curtain specially made up by Edscha TS.

Speed up loading and unloading

The rail is segmented on the chassis for easy maintenance and designed to allow straps for load securing behind the QuickCurtain without compromising function, even for winches under the frame. The QuickCurtain is therefore aimed at the user who prefers a normal side curtain today and wants to speed up the loading process cheaply and solidly in the future.

Robust and easy to service

The main features of QuickCurtain include convenient "one-man" operation and very smooth and fast opening of the side curtain in about one minute. Speed and safety are not dependent on the loading volume. In addition, the system is very robust and easy to service and features integrated load securing. Plug-in boards do not have to be used.

Can be installed in all standard CS vehicles

With a suitable chassis, QuickCurtain can be installed in all standard CS vehicles without major problems. Dead center tensioners can be safely forgotten. The high-quality track is specially manufactured and designed for easy maintenance.

Tarpaulin included

There is no interference with the installation space for clamping center support. Likewise, horizontal series clamping systems for robust operation and favorable implementation are retained by the CS superstructure. The package length is 25% of the length of the loading area. And another piece of good news from the QuickCurtain: The tarpaulin is part of the scope of delivery and can be labeled on request..
