A new generation
The currently further optimised QuickCurtain is the beginning of a new generation of side curtain systems. It is quick, easy, and uncomplicated to operate. And at the same time very adaptable. QuickCurtain runs on rollers on the top and on the bottom. The castors are guided by solidly manufactured flat iron roller tracks and by the standard soft top track. And another special feature: during assembly, the usual around 20 dead centre tensioners in the curtain and separately operated stanchions are completely dispensed with. The vertical Kevlar tension belts incorporated between the curtain rollers and the roller rail also eliminate the need for any lateral insertion profiles. The system is designed for all standard applications and form-fitting loading according to EN12642 "XL" with verification through dynamic testing.
One-person operation
The main features of QuickCurtain include the convenient one-person operation and the very smooth and fast opening of the side curtain in about one minute. Speed and safety are not dependent on the load volume. In addition, the system is very sturdy and easy to operate. It also features integrated load securing. Plug-in boards do not have to be used. The entire structure of the QuickCurtain system with vertical tension tubes on the bulkhead and rear portal remains the same. Just like the Edscha TS roof rails (with SPR4 tarpaulin rollers) standard series. The system is supplemented by the new LP4 rolling stanchion and the lower rolling anchors on a curtain specially made by Edscha TS.
Tarpaulin included
There is no interference with the installation space for the clamping centre. Similarly, horizontal series tension systems are kept for stable operation and favourable implementation from the CS superstructure. The package length is less than 25% of the load floor length. And another piece of good news from QuickCurtain: the tarpaulin is part of the scope of delivery and can be labelled on request. This, too, makes the investment in the new tarpaulin covering systems so interesting.
Fast and perfect in every respect
