The new utilisation concept that Edscha TS has developed for the railways was of great interest to the trade fair visitors. This involves, for example, the conversion of old E-wagons with the OpenBox system from Edscha TS.

SB-Profi: Continued successful development
The trade fair highlights also included the SB-Profi system. A sliding bow roof that has been successful for many years, specially developed for vehicles without a body but with a tarpaulin cover. The special advantage: a single person is able to uncover the entire loading area from the ground very quickly. This enables quick loading and unloading from all sides and from above.
New E-drive
Last but not least, Edscha TS presented a new generation of an e-drive for the CurtainSider and OpenBox tarpaulin sliding roof systems. The main advantages of the new drive are more power, safety and time savings, functional diversity and convenient operation.
